1Slade-O'Donnell is the main funeral service provider for Lamoni
Direct Cremains Burial
Contact the sexton directly (see Contacts) if a funeral home
is not involved and you have cremains to be buried. You should also fill out
our Burial Plan form.
Mail the completed form with a check to "Rose Hill Cemetery" (see Prices).
We handle the opening/closing only— no service planning, tent, or chairs.
If you first need to purchase a lot, contact our sexton.

Engraving Existing Headstones
Contact Slade-O'Donnell Funeral Home (see above) to have it added to the list when
the professional engraver, who services a wide region, can get back to our cemetery.
They have a better chance of getting it scheduled than contacting the engraver directly.

Repairing Headstones
The cemetery has a local contractor fix sunken, leaning and toppled headstones in
the oldest part of the cemetery, using limited cemetery funds, grants and donations.
Families can contact us and pay to have family gravestones added to the list,
usually costing $100 to $200.
The monument company that installed it may reset and reseal it on their next trip at little or no cost. If it is leaning, they may want to replace the foundation which can cost the family over a thousand dollars. The following local contractor offers less expensive solutions.
